We will be having Bourbon/Whiskey pairings for this dinner, featuring Redwood Empire Bourbon and Whiskey.

Tickets on sale till 10/5 or till we sell out

6:00pm - Doors Open 

6:00-6:45pm - Cash Bar and Live Music 

6:45pm - Dinner Will Begin

9:00pm - Dinner concludes but guests can stay and enjoy the space with a cocktail!

Please indicate in seating preference if you are wanting to sit with another group that purchased tickets separately 

or any seating preferences.

MENU

1st Course: Fall Squash Arancini - Arancini made with squash and roasted pecans, stuffed with cheddar. Served on a bed of baby arugula with a bourbon mustard cream sauce.

          Paired with Lost Monarch 90

2nd Course: Duck a l'orange - Roast duck breast with a Earl grey-infused bigarade sauce. Served with Hasselback potatoes.

          Paired with Emerald Giant

3rd Course: Cider Braised Pork Shank - Spiced pork shank braised in apple cider, topped with an apricot chutney. Served with picked radish slaw and crispy polenta cakes.

          Paired with Lost Monarch 116.2

4th Course: Pecan Pie Flan - Creamy flan with pecan topping. Drizzled with orange caramel sauce and topped with candied orange peel. 

          Paired with Pipe Dream 101
